Introduction / Acceptance
By using Archx Short Gen (operated by Archnemix), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
No registration required — use completely anonymously.
Free Service Promise
Archx Short Gen is and will remain completely free with:
- No ads — no banners, video ads, or pop-ups
- No registration — use without an account
- No paywalls — all features free, no premium tiers
- No credit card required — ever
Rate Limits & Fair Usage
- Realtime Mode: 10 videos/hour per IP
- Overnight Mode: 3 active jobs at once per IP
Bypassing limits (e.g., VPNs to circumvent rate limits) may result in blocking.
Be kind, share fairly. These limits keep it free for everyone.
Video Storage & Expiration
Videos are temporary — download before they expire!
Realtime Mode:
- 1 hour after generation, then permanently deleted
- Download immediately after processing
Overnight Mode:
- 30 hours after backend completes processing
- Save your claim code to retrieve later
- After 30 hours, permanently deleted
No recovery. Download and save locally to keep your videos.
Acceptable Use Policy
- No illegal content
- No hate speech or harassment
- No explicit/adult content — auto-filter active
- No copyright infringement — use original scripts
- No malicious use — no abuse or overloading
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or block violating content/users.
Your Content & Ownership
You own your scripts and videos. By submitting content:
- Limited license granted only to process and generate your video
- We do not claim ownership of your content
- Not used for AI training or beyond the service
- Scripts not permanently stored after processing
Third-Party Services
- Hugging Face — Temporary video storage
- AI Voice APIs — Voiceover generation
- GitHub — Job tracking (Overnight only)
Content is transmitted to these services only to generate your video.
No Warranty & Liability
Service is provided "as-is". No guarantees on uptime, error-free operation, or processing times. You use the service at your own risk.
Service Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Users who violate these Terms may be blocked.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Archnemix harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Pakistani courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
